What version of Excel do I need?
Microsoft 365 with a subscription is preferred if you'd like to follow along. However, the strategy that I teach you is applicable to solving problems with AI outside of Excel as well.

[Tiny Tip] Never Lose an Important Cell
Give important cells a name so they are easy to find and use in your formulas.
Name the Cell
Select the cell, click the Name Box to the left of the Formula Bar, type a name such as Tax_Rate, and press Enter.
Use It in a Formula
Now you can write:
=B2*Tax_Rate
Instead of:
=B2*$F$2
You can also select Tax_Rate from the Name Box anytime to jump directly back to that cell, even in a huge worksheet.
Naming Convention
Use short, descriptive names without spaces. Separate words with underscores, such as Sales_Tax_Rate, and use the same style throughout your workbook.
