This instantly pastes only the visible values from copied cells and removes formulas, formatting, and references.
How It Works
Copy a cell or range with Ctrl + C
Select the destination cells
Press Ctrl + Shift + V
Useful Examples
Freeze calculated results so they never change again.
Remove formulas before sending a workbook to someone else.
Paste clean values from Tables/PivotTables, etc. without formatting.
Copy data from another workbook without bringing links with it.
Notes
The classic methods still work: Ctrl + Alt + V, then V, then Enter. OR Alt + E + S + V + Enter.
